Alan’s catering career began as a Conference Centre Manager in both London and Birmingham. Following a move to south Lincolnshire in 1999, Alan took on the challenge of managing a business and industry multi-site catering contract before progressing to Group Manager of 5 government sites in central London.
When Alan became a father he quickly realised that food played an integral role in his child’s wellbeing and he wanted to combine this passion with his career. Alan joined Brookwood in May 2007 and his enthusiasm for fresh healthy food that children actually want to eat, combined with his catering skill and knowledge, fulfils his ambition.
