has over 25 years ofAlex has worked in the contract catering business for 25 years and has extensive experience in independent education.
After gaining an HND in Hotel and Catering Management in Rome, Alex began his career in hospitality where he followed the THF Management Training Programme and gained full HCIMA membership. He then progressed to Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager, Group Manager and joined Brookwood in the role of Operations Manager in 2006.
Alex’s love of food and family, combined with his people and hospitality skills, fit closely with the Brookwood ethos.
