Andrew
is an active member of the
Institute of Hospitality and the
Assocation of Catering Excellence
Andrew studied at Westminster College, London, for an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management and began his career with Trusthouse Forte Hotels.
After 8 years in hotel management, Andrew moved into the private healthcare arena before the opportunity arose to manage the catering in one of England’s largest public schools in 1999.
Within the industry Andrew is an active member of the Institute of Hospitality and the Association of Catering Excellence.
Andrew joined The Brookwood Partnership in 2005 and is responsible for 10 diverse independent schools, which include preparatory, senior, international and boarding schools. His enthusiasm for food and his love of feeding children involves him in leading Brookwood’s Food Development Programme and he enjoys chairing the Company’s food focus group.
