Training Manager
Maternity Cover from July 08
A great opportunity that rarely comes along. We offer the chance to join an employee focused company and develop into Training Management as a career step.
The role is to cover for our Training Manager who begins maternity leave at the end of July. This means you could move on at the end of the year into your second training career step or stay with Brookwood in a management role.
Whilst development in to the role will be given, candidates must have the right attributes for a cultural fit with Brookwood - be intelligent and keen to learn; be articulate; have some catering or hospitality management experience preferably with a degree or equivalent qualification.
The job is based in our Walton-on-Thames office and includes considerable day to day travel to Brookwood sites. Organisational and administrative abilities matched with confidence to address groups, enthusiasm and creativity are required to make such a role a success.
We offer a £24,000 per annum salary plus car allowance. The job is mainly Monday to Friday however occasional weekend work and travel to and from sites requires time flexibility.
