love of food is
why he chose to go into the
catering business in the first
place!
Stephen has worked in the contract catering business for 30 years and has extensive experience in both the Private and Public sector.
After gaining an HND in Hotel and Catering Management at Hollins College in Manchester, Stephen began his career as a Chef with the BBC and progressed upwards to Catering Manager, Group Manager and Operations Manager.
Stephen joined the Brookwood Partnership in 2006. He finds that the strong focus on food, which is a cornerstone of the Brookwood Partnership’s philosophy, to be totally refreshing. His love of food is the reason he chose to go into the catering business in the first place and to work for a company that shares his values and focuses everything it does around the provision of quality service is unique.
